How long does shipping take?

Our shipping times vary depending on your location and the shipping method chosen at checkout. Typically, orders are processed within 1-3 business days, and shipping times range from 7-14 business days for domestic orders. Please allow up to 2 weeks for your order to arrive, although it may arrive sooner. 

Do you ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses?

No. Unfortunately, at this time, we do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

What countries do you ship to?

We currently ship to USA.

How can I change my shipping address after placing an order?

If you need to change your shipping address after placing an order, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible here, Main10ance@shophm10.com.

What is your return policy?

Our return policy allows for returns within 14 business days of receiving your order. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a mistake on our part or if the item is damaged or defective. Additionally, sale items are final sale items and will not be accepted for returns.

How do I initiate a return?

If it's been under or up to 2 weeks since receiving your order, you can start a return in your portal. However, if it's after two weeks, please follow the instructions provided below. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team immediately at Main10ance@shophm10.com with the subject line "Return Request - [Your Order Number]". In your email, please provide a brief description of the issue. This will help us assess the problem accurately, and we will guide you through the return process.   Please note that we accept refund requests up to 30 days. Thank you for your cooperation!

How long does it take to process a return?

Once we receive your returned items, please allow 14 business days for processing. Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment. Please note that the time it takes for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on your bank's processing times. Thank you for your patience!

Do I have to pay for return shipping?

Yes, return shipping costs are generally the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part, such as receiving the wrong item or a defective product. We kindly ask that you cover the return shipping fees for all other returns. Thank you for your understanding!

Can I exchange an item for a different size or color?

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or color, we kindly ask that you return the item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item. What if my item arrives damaged or defective?
