How long does shipping take?
Our shipping times vary depending on your location and the shipping method chosen at checkout. Typically, orders are processed within 1-3 business days, and shipping times range from 7-14 business days for domestic orders. Please allow up to 2 weeks for your order to arrive, although it may arrive sooner.
Do you ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses?

How can I change my shipping address after placing an order?

What is your return policy?
Our return policy allows for returns within 14 business days of receiving your order. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a mistake on our part or if the item is damaged or defective. Additionally, sale items are final sale items and will not be accepted for returns.
How do I initiate a return?
If it's been under or up to 2 weeks since receiving your order, you can start a return in your portal. However, if it's after two weeks, please follow the instructions provided below. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team immediately at Main10ance@shophm10.com with the subject line "Return Request - [Your Order Number]". In your email, please provide a brief description of the issue. This will help us assess the problem accurately, and we will guide you through the return process.
